About QSIP

Quantum Sweden Innovation Platform (QSIP) is a Swedish initiative to stimulate, foster, and promote quantum technology innovation to support the emergence and growth of a Swedish, globally competitive and attractive industry within and by means of quantum technology.

The platform will provide both individual and general support activities to enable increased innovation, application development and commercialization of quantum technology. QSIP includes several partners from the Swedish innovation system and will work closely with Swedish quantum research and quantum-related organisations to support:

• National commitment and coordination
• Increased, distributed knowledge
• Attraction and connection of talent and competence
• Access to infrastructure, equipment, testbeds, and devices
• Access to capital
• Development of market pull and applications
• To obtain critical mass: coordination with innovation efforts in related areas, e.g. semi-conductors/electronics
• Clear policies and interpretation of policies
• International interactions, collaboration and visibility of Swedish QT innovation

QSIP was started in November 2023.
