  across the Nordic region\, Europe\, and beyond. He brings more than 20 ye
 ars of experience in global business\, including senior executive roles wi
 thin Procurement and Marketing &amp\; Sales at Volvo Car Group. Magnus has
  also worked with disruptive-technology start-ups in Europe and the United
  States\, gaining experience from ventures that achieved international gro
 wth as well as those that did not. These experiences have shaped his convi
 ction that collaboration and partnerships are essential to creating new ma
